We have to learn to celebrate the moments in our life. Reaching a goal can take years. You don’t want to find yourself struggling and working hard to reach your goals and never enjoying the process. If you are losing weight, treat yourself to a new dress every 10 pounds lost. If you are in school, celebrate after each semester with a day out If you are quitting cigarettes or alcohol, pat yourself on the back every successful day you have. Whatever you are reaching for, make it worth while. And remember to give thanks in all that you do.
