Why Are You Mad?

I love this illustration of togetherness. No matter where you find yourself or who you are around, you should always bloom in the midst. There is room for everyone to grow and to become someone amazing. When you see people in your circle, your school, your job, or your church growing and prospering, you should feel good. If it upsets you, you have issues in your heart. Why are you mad? They did not do anything to you, they are just living their life. No one else is responsible for your happiness except you. Go out and pursue the things that will make you happy. The only competition you should be in is the one where you become better than you were yesterday. The more you improve the better you will feel. The better you feel, the easier it is to appriciate other’s success. So if you are a flower in the field and angry because the other flowers are blooming, deal with your issues. It is you, not the flowers around you or the garden you are in. Learn how to be happy for others and you will become a happier you.

Jesus Loves You!

Jesus-Loves-You-Wallpaper-08

I just wanted to let you know Jesus loves you. We go through our days taking care of everyone and everything. Sometimes we get so caught up in life and we get weary in well doing. Take a moment to reflect on how awesome God is. He is faithful to forgive us. He provides all of our need. He hears our cry. He is a very present help in the time of trouble. If you did not know before, now you do. Jesus loves you!

Monday Morning Motivation

Image result for psalm 138:8
The Lord will perfect, complete, and bring to an end the things which concern us. His mercy covers us in times of despair and moments of uncertainty. We must remember that he is our creator and he will take care of his creation. When he died on the cross he said, “It is finished.” He doesn’t leave things half done, undone, or incomplete. If he began a work in you, he will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ. Trust him to lead you through the process and finish his work. #perfectmyconcerns #hismercyendures

Friday Encouragement!

I just want to tell you to hold on. Don’t give up in a dark place. As long as you keep walking, eventually you will see the light and step right into it. God has given promises to those who love and serve him. As long as you abide in him he will take care of you. Do not carry your stressful week into your weekend. Trust God, turn your worries over to him, and keep it movin’!! Happy Friday!

God’s Timing

God told me to do something, and I did not move. Has this ever been you? God’s timing is key. Failing to move when God instructs you to, can cause problems and cost you many blessings. God may show you an open door, but if you walk in it too late, there’s no guarantee that your blessing will still be there. You should also know that open doors can eventually close. When God sends you on an assignment, make sure you complete the assignment. Do not try to prolong your stay. Never be too afraid or too attached to move on to the next assignment. Some assignments include: ministering to specific people, being on a particular job, and being a part of a particular ministry. When you become comfortable in a place God wants you to move on from, he will allow uncomfortable things to happen just to get you to move. It is so much better to follow his lead the first time. Be clear in what your assignment is. Be obedient when it ends. Continue to move forward because God is always in your latter. But what if I don’t know my assignment? Glad you asked.😁 In the mean time, serve God, worship him, study his word, and tell others about Christ. God will eventually speak, and you will know exactly what you should do.
